How Do We Benefit From L-Arginine?

Sho R Thornhill asked:

Argi is a drink which has been designed with many people in mind. It contains an essential amino acid which can be found naturally within our bodies. It also contains a vitamin complex providing people with their daily essential vitamins. L-arginine is very beneficial to us all. Not only does it help those who participate in sports, but it also benefits those looking to help with their daily health and nutrition.

Let’s look at cholesterol. Fats are an important source of energy needed within the body, along with carbohydrates and vitamins. Fats contain twice as much energy as carbohydrates. Fats are made up of fatty acids and glycerol. Foods containing saturated fats such as cheese, can lead to high cholesterol levels in the blood. High cholesterol levels can lead to an increased risk of heart attacks and hypertension. Argi + contains an extract of red wine, which helps reduce blood cholesterol levels found within the body. This benefits us all as there are many foods which contain saturated fats. The L-arginine component also helps to break down fatty tissue within the body.

From an exercise point of view L-arginine can be highly beneficial. L-arginine has an effect on the blood vessels. L-arginine helps to open up the blood vessels wider. This permits greater blood flow throughout the body. During exercise the body requires oxygen to allow the muscles to work. When you exercise your muscles have to work a lot harder than normal. If oxygen delivery lags then the muscles fill up with lactic acid. When the energy demand in the body is high such as exercise like sprinting, the lactic acid builds up faster, at a quicker rate than the tissue in the muscles can get rid of it. Lactic acid can affect the body for hours after exercise, which can sometimes be uncomfortable for the body, causing stiffness and cramp. L-arginine allows a greater oxygen supply to the muscles because it allows the blood vessels to open wider. This helps to prevent the onset of lactic acid allowing your body to work harder for longer.

The pancreas secretes enzymes that aids the digestion of foods and it also releases hormones, which help regulate blood sugar levels. These hormones are known as insulin and glycogen. Insulin and glucagon’s help to balance each other out. Diabetes is a metabolic disease in which a person struggles to balance out their sugar levels. In type 1 diabetes the body fails to produce insulin. In type 2 diabetes the body cells to fail to use insulin. Some diabetics are able to control their blood sugar levels by being careful with what they eat, however others have to inject themselves with insulin to control their blood glucose. L-arginine affects insulin activity so is useful in maintaining blood glucose control.

L-arginine has a number of positive benefits to the body. It has a number of benefits for people who exercise, for diabetics, for the immune system and many more. Argi can benefit your health and daily activities. With so many benefits, it’s no wonder L-arginine is generating so much excitement.
